Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore, Too!

It's always great to find walking paths to take advantage of when you are traveling. But, don't forget about exploring your home city, too. There's a paved walking path between Cedar Park's Costco and Recreation Center that is perfect for getting a little outdoor exercise. The path takes you past a sculpture garden, around a lake and under a bridge with blackboard walls. The art will be different nearly every time you walk!

What was your favorite children's story and why?

I loved reading as a child, and one of my many favorite characters was Winnie the Pooh!

Since we are home for a few days, we are playing catch up and running some errands - while still trying to get some exercise. We took a short walk around the small lake near our favorite Costco and came across this creative chalk drawing on one of the blackboard walls under the Discovery Blvd bridge. What a fun way to brighten people's day!

Do you remember some of your favorite childhood books?
