Known as the "Pearl of the South", Ponce is the second largest city on the island of Puerto Rico. If you ask a local, they will probably tell you that the city is famous for its cultural and historical attractions. Just west of the city, we found a house right on the beach perfect for soaking up some sun or enjoying an awesome sunset!

What are your favorite beaches for sunset photos?
On our 2016 circumnavigation of the island of Puerto Rico, we stayed overnight at an Airbnb beach house. After checking in, we decided to sit on the chairs at the back of "our house" to watch the waves and enjoy the evening. We lucked out by having the opportunity to witness a remarkable scene that resulted in this wonderful sunset photo.
