Half Day Sail and Snorkel in Bermuda's Great Sound

A half-day sail and snorkel with Rising Son Cruises starts at Bermuda's Island Tour Centre. After an hour long sail through the Great Sound on a catamaran, the captain anchors the vessel for about 1 1/2 hours. Passengers have the option to snorkel, swim, kayak, paddle board or just relax onboard. For the sail back to shore, Rum Swizzles (and other drinks) are served compliments of the crew!

Third time's a charm!

We knew that we wanted to join a snorkeling trip while docked in Bermuda. After reading reviews on the many options, we decided on the half day sail and snorkel with Rising Son Cruises. We had a lot of onboard credit, so we initially purchased our trip directly through the cruise line at their highly inflated price. Lo and behold, after we had our entire stay in Bermuda planned, they cancelled our sailing. Fortunately we were able to reserve the exact same excursion with the same company direct (and at a substantial savings). Once again, the cruise line chartered the sailing we had reserved, so we moved from the morning to afternoon sailing. Lucky for us, the afternoon sailing departed on schedule (the morning sailing that we had originally reserved was cancelled due to the weather).
