Are You Brave Enough to Take a Plunge into the Abyss?


    

The Ultimate Abyss is a 10 story slide that is available at no additional fee for any passenger who dares (and also meets the height minimum). What is advertised as the tallest slide at sea is actually two tandem tubes inside which cruisers can slide from deck 16 to deck 6 aboard the Symphony of the Seas (plus several other ships in the same class).

We have yet to decide if we are going to slide down this 10 story slide ... but if we do, it will probably be the most adventurous activity that we have done while sailing on a cruise ship. (We've done some more adventurous activities on land - but not on a cruise ship!)
