Spend Time Wisely at Thailand's Rang Yai Island!

Thailand | Phuket | Shore Excursion | Rang Yai Island | Phi Phi Islands | Bamboo Island | White Sand | Blue Water | Phi Phi Islands Early Bird Tour | Cruise | Shore Excursion
Thailand's Bamboo Island is typically the final stop on the Phi Phi Islands Early Bird Tour. If, however, the water and wind conditions prevent a stop at Bamboo Isle, one of the substitutes is Rang Yai Island. The good news is that from Rang Yai Island, the ride back to Phuket is only 20 minutes by long tail boat - and even quicker by speedboat. With white sand, crystal clear water and shade provided by tall coconut trees, you won't be disappointed with a stop at Rang Yai!

For us, the change from Bamboo Island to Rang Yai Island for the last stop on our Phi Phi Islands Early Bird Tour was a blessing. We spent our time arranging for a Grab driver to take us from the pier in Phuket to the dock where our tender boat was leaving! Perfect timing to catch what was supposed to be the last tender - but we think they added another after ours.
